Pentair 2" PVC Slide Backwash Valve -Slip Fitting

This is Pentair's most popular valve (formerly 261165 -- see alternate picture above -- which has now been changed to 263064). Functional and economical, yet versatile and rugged. Simply screws hand-tight onto your filter. Comes with two inch inlet and outlet ports which can easily be reduced to 1 1/2 inches with a bushing/reducer . Lower backwash port can be cemented to a 90 degree street elbow and clear pipe (included) and point in any direction to allow you to see dirty water and D E or sand as it's expelled. Lower handle position is for D E filters and upper position is for sand filters and Pentair Quad filters. Use with the following Pentair/Pac-Fab filters only: FNS, FNS Plus, Nautilus, Nautilus Plus. Can also be used on Pentair Triton and Quad DE filters.
