At SwimmingPoolGuru.com, your satisfaction is always our primary concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item, and our goal is to make it easy for you.
You may exchange or return any item, for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date.
To return merchandise, the first step is to complete a "Return Authorization Request". You must call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-281-POOL(7665) and a Representative can assist you. All returns must be sent to with a copy of your receipt and a return merchandize authorization to:

Please note:
Due to the nature of the following products, no returns can be accepted on vinyl liners, replacement parts, all pool chemicals, pool heaters.
Please be aware that if you cancel or return an item, you will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the warehouse.
We will be happy to provide details on our Return Policy.
Used, cancelled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Handling fees are non-refundable.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
All our products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please refer to your Owner's Manual for the manufacturer's Customer Service telephone number.
